We’re married!

The most important relationship advice I'd give to a girl, is to fall in love with a man who doesn't make you think love is hard. Your relationship should be an escape from other stressful burdens in life, not an addition to it.

I hardly ever felt any struggle with Saad. He made me ditch all the self-help relationship books, made me ditch all the 'games'. I didn't need them anymore. He knew how to stop a potential fight, always raised expectations when it comes to romantic gestures, never ever made me wonder: ``hmmm why is he so busy? He hasn't called in a week!`` Or ``not sure if he loves me anymore! This is confusing!``.

I love him because he's creative at expressing his love. It's an amazing combination of not so cheesy and spot-on romantic (my kind of 'spot-on romantic). He knows how to create thoughtful and personalized memorable gestures.

We were once watching a movie and a scene with a woman holding a bouquet of white lilies popped. I say: ``I love white closed and fully bloomed lilies``.

The next week I receive a bouquet of them at my desk for no reason. A massive one came on the same day of our engagement, and a smaller one to my office a couple of days later. I say: ``Why did you get me another one?`` He replied: ``Everyone is congratulating you on your engagement, so I should do that as well``.

And that's why I love him. ♥
